Purpose

VMATIX encourages employees, contractors, and trusted partners to raise concerns about suspected wrongdoing, unlawful conduct, financial misconduct, unsafe practices, or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation.

This policy supports a culture of integrity by defining how concerns can be raised confidentially and how VMATIX will review and investigate matters reported in good faith.

Reporting and Protection

Concerns should be raised through the designated VMATIX reporting channels, a senior manager, or another approved confidential route. Reports should include enough detail to allow fair assessment and proportionate investigation.

VMATIX will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly and responsibly, even if the concern is not ultimately substantiated following investigation.
