About These Terms
These VMATIX consumer terms apply to customers purchasing or using the Together service package. They explain the service you are buying, how billing works, the support you can expect, and the standards that apply to both VMATIX and the customer.
These terms should be read alongside any order confirmation, pre-contract information, service-specific product details, and any notices issued to you during onboarding or service changes.
Service Use and Eligibility
Customers must provide accurate account information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully and in accordance with any fair usage or acceptable use standards communicated by VMATIX.
Service availability can depend on local infrastructure, installation conditions, supplier acceptance, and technical suitability checks. VMATIX will communicate any prerequisites or limitations identified during fulfilment.
Billing, Cancellation, and Support
Charges, minimum terms, installation fees, equipment costs, and any promotional pricing are confirmed at the point of sale or in the customer's order summary. Ongoing use of the service remains subject to timely payment of valid invoices or recurring charges.
Support, complaints handling, cancellation rights, and any applicable switching or migration processes will be managed through VMATIX customer support channels and in line with the service type and applicable regulation.
