Risk Management and Governance

VMATIX applies supplier due diligence, contractual controls, escalation routes, and internal accountability measures to support responsible procurement and service delivery.

Where concerns are identified, VMATIX will review the issue, investigate proportionately, and take corrective steps that may include remediation, supplier challenge, or disengagement where appropriate.
